Commercial paving systems

Retail, multi-unit and institutional sites, scheduled around your trading hours so the car park is usable when your customers arrive.

What it is

On a commercial site the paving is rarely the hard part. The scheduling is. A car park that is closed on a Saturday costs you more than the resurfacing did.

We phase the work so sections stay open, work out of hours where that is the only way to keep you trading, and agree the sequence before we mobilise rather than halfway through.

The build-up is specified for what actually uses the site — delivery vehicles and bin lorries load a surface far more than customer cars do, and they usually use the same few routes across it.

How we work around you

Phased sections

The site stays partly open throughout rather than closing for the duration.

Out of hours

Evening and weekend working where that is the only way to keep you trading.

Service routes

Delivery and refuse routes built deeper, because that is what actually loads the surface.

Planning works on your site?

Tell us the area and your trading hours. We will come back with a price and a programme that works around them.
