Industrial protective flooring

Hard-wearing resin floors for plants, warehouses and workshops — specified around the traffic, chemicals and cleaning regime they actually face.

What it is

An industrial floor fails for a reason: forklift traffic it was never built for, a chemical it was not rated against, or steam cleaning that lifted it off the slab. Specifying the right system starts with knowing which of those applies.

We survey the slab, ask what runs over it and what gets spilled on it, and specify a build-up to match — from a thin seal coat on a light assembly area through to a heavy-duty screed in a loading bay.

Line marking, coving to walls, fall to drains and anti-slip grading are all part of the same conversation rather than extras bolted on afterwards.

What we specify around

Traffic

Foot traffic, pallet trucks and forklifts all load a floor differently. The build-up changes accordingly.

Chemicals

Oils, solvents, acids and food waste each attack different binders. We match the system to the exposure.

Cleaning

Steam, pressure washing and hot water are harder on a floor than most spills. It gets specified for.

Finished work

Industrial floors and coatings laid across Ontario plants and workshops.
