What it is
Microcement is a fine cement-based coating applied in thin layers over an existing substrate. Because it bonds to what is already there, you can resurface a tired floor, a staircase or a counter without demolition and without losing much height.
It goes over concrete, screed, tile and plasterboard, inside or out, and it leaves no grout lines or joints — which is why it reads so cleanly across a large open floor.
We are currently testing colours and finishes and producing our own sample boards. Pricing follows once that work is finished. If you have a project in mind, register your interest and we will come to you first with samples and a figure.
Where it goes
Open-plan living space, kitchens and retail floors where joints and grout lines would break up the surface.
Bathrooms, feature walls and staircases, finished in the same material as the floor for one continuous surface.
Kitchen and vanity tops resurfaced in place, in the same finish as the floor if you want them to match.
Be first in the queue
We are producing sample boards now. Tell us roughly what you are planning — the rooms, the area, the finish you are after — and we will contact you with samples and pricing as soon as they are ready.
There is no obligation and no deposit. It simply means you hear about it before we publish anything.
Tell us about your project
